Summary:                    New daylight savings time rules not implemented
Description: 
In 2005, Congress passed a law so that in 2007, the second week of March
starts DST.  Previously, it was the first week of April.  The uclibc time
library routines apparently have not been updated to reflect this new
processing.  Using the current version of uclibc, on March 11, 2007 the
reported time will be incorrect.
