[PATCH] Implemented support for stateless DHCPv6. Udhcpc6 will send Information-Request to request configuration parameters without IP address if using 'l' option.

Any updates? I can find this useful for PPPoE in embedded systems where you might not use RA (goes for PPP as well), since it's best current practice according to the broadband forum.
