My intention is that, in the future, we could move these
"seamless compression" options into BusyBox Library Tuning
menu, and that everything in the Library Tuning menu will
depend on applets that would use them. So if a libbb feature
were not used in any applet being built, its config options will
not be presented to user at all.

And that Library Tuning menu may be moved to the last item
on the main config menu.
