UP and DOWN arrow keys are not working in BusyBox v1.19.3 shell ash

Hi Denys/Jim,

      It is UART driver problem. If "Tera Term" (UP and DOWN keys are
3 bytes) sends more than one byte, then UART driver does not receive
properly. Thanks for your support.
