It would be great to have netcat nc upgraded to handle ipv6. the usual option is "nc -6 -l xxxxx" or "nc -6 -l -p xxxxx". The -p option could be done without. It is kind of non standard. ping6 is handling ipv6 already well. (BeagleBone arm debian is also backward on ipv6 netcat)
