[PATCH] sed: Add support for POSIX -E to select EREs (this is a synonym for -r)

I'll post a patch that adds "-E" to the sed documentation.
I think it's important that "-E" be documented, so that people
will know they can use it.  As I noted earlier, GNU sed's documentation
has already been fixed to document "-E".
