Note that, as discussed in the glibc bug tracker, glibc may in the
future remove the definition of _POSIX_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING since Linux
cannot satisfy its requirements. Providing the sched_* functions with
their existing wrong semantics while undefining the macro is probably
the only sane approach to avoiding breakage both in existing Linux
applications and conforming POSIX applications. The whole situation is
a real mess though...
