bnx2 firmware loading?

I use the following script to help debug these sorts of things.

#! /bin/sh
if test -n "$MODALIAS" -o -n "$FIRMWARE"; then
     echo hotplug: `env | sort` > /dev/kmsg;
fi
test -n "$MODALIAS" && modprobe "$MODALIAS";
exec /bin/mdev "$@";
-----

It prints to the kernel log, so you can find the output with dmesg or 
the serial console or whatever is convenient.
