[PATCH] lineedit: fix M-d, avoid infinite loop

I'm not 100% sure that this is the best way to fix the issue, but the
issue seems pretty serious and worth fixing.
Easy to test, build with
+CONFIG_FEATURE_EDITING_VI=y
run
busybox ash
type a word, then ctrl-a, then alt-d
