sh: can't open '/dev/console' msg when exiting from a program with exit(1)

ok, I think I've solved the issue, I was defining /dev/console with
major = 5 and minor = 1, changing minor to 2 solved it (per the
following commit in the kernel:
http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux-2.6.git;a=commitdiff;h=2bd3a997befc226ab4b504f05c5cbba305f3e0e6
which clearly states this minor should be 2.)

if I'm not mistaken, then the entry at
http://git.busybox.net/busybox/tree/testsuite/makedevs.device_table.txt?h=1_20_stable
is wrong.
