Program segmentation fault and busybox

Hello!

I am using busybox-1.18.4 compiled with CodeSourcery Sourcery G++ Lite
2007q1-10 on  Linux 2.6.27.  If my program terminates with segmentation
fault then I can not control busybox anymore and the system needs to be
restarted. On my terminal I have something like that: 

root at system#prog
Segmentation fault
root at system#root at system#root at system#root at system#root at system

I hope you can help me
