[PATCH] dd: free allocated memory if CLEANUP enabled

Hello.
Here is a patch adding memory cleanup in dd if ENABLE_FEATURE_CLEAN_UP 
is defined.
Tested with valgrdind for equal and different ibs and obs.  Now valgrind 
says about 29 bytes that are always allocated once in 
make_human_readable_str() at first call and referenced by static 
pointer. That hardly should be fixed.
