udhcpc: option -x OPT:VAL clarification

Hi Denys,
At the first glance [1], I thought that encoding -x OPT:VAL with OPT an arbitrary dhcp option
and VAL in hex format of each byte works, but actually it does not.
It seems that the attached patch is needed. I tested it with all other case of OPT:VAL format
and it works.
Can you confirm that?
