R: dhcp renew

On large networks, it may be a good practice to have large lease time but smaller renew and rebind time.

The large lease time is because in case something goes wrong with the dhcp server the devices can keep their address for a long time.
With smaller renew and rebind time it is possible to have a high turnover for the addresses, and if a device is connected for little time it does not waste (keep busy) its address for a long time when it's not connected.

If udhcp supports these options is possible to have all of this (large lease time coupled with fast turnover).

Currently udhcpc ignores options 58 and 59 (Renew time and Rebind time).
This can be changed. Why do you need it?
