[PATCH] udhcpc: fixed option_ip_pair parsing

revealed incorrect OPTION_IP_PAIR implementation, which doesn't respect
option length and causes
erroneous classful routes, composed from garbage or first bytes from the
next  DHCP packet option.
Patch is attached.
