I forgot to credit Samuel Thibault who has started working on d-i for
Hurd some time ago, and had already compiled busybox. His changes are
available at http://people.debian.org/~sthibault/hurd-i386/busybox.patch.
Most of them are quick workarounds and are not suitable for inclusion
but they were useful as a reference when creating my patches.
