So far we don't have any extended documentation apart from help texts.
We assume that we try to mimic standard behavior and user will be able
to find the doc for standard tool on the Internet etc.

I propose fixing crond to detect the changes faster instead of explaining
its deficiencies. Checking mtime every minute would be good enough...

This file is generated from help texts for every applet,
it is not edited by hand.
