I said it because you wasn't providing information
I needed to understand the problem, yet expected people
on the list to help you.

This reply is wrong. Much better reply would be:

Similarly, "My computer reboots" is not exactly a full explanation.
Does it start normal shutdown with messages "Sending TERM" and such,
or does it just reboots at once - BOOM?
