How to send e-mail with text and attachments by makemime and sendmail ?

I switched you from digest to plain subscription mode.

Apparently, first someone needs to implement makemime -m and -j.

So far I only documented in comments in mailutils/mime.c
what needs to be done, and removed -m and -j from options.
