get latest busybox source tarball, unpack and configure it and run
$ make doc
then point your favourite browser to the BusyBox.html, like:
$ lynx docs/BusyBox.html

I've updated the screenshot and html documentation to reflect the 1.18.0
release tarball.

PS: note that 'doc' also builds a real manpage:
$ ./busybox man docs/busybox.1
