ftpget/put

Hi!

Attached is the patch to make BB ftpput and ftpget more friendly: if
they are called with two parameters, remote and local filenames are
assumed to be equal.
E.g. "ftpput SERVER test.patch" should be shortcut to "ftpput SERVER
test.patch test.patch".
