[patch] little fixes against Linux specific code

busybox is linux centric :)

IMHO,
the define IUCLC should go plattform.h
and domainname i would expect something like HAVE_NO_UTS_DOMAINAME also going into plattform.h


how do you manage around the other linux centric stuff ? (watchdog comes to my mind)
