I applied it.

I dropped ftpd because it got added to 1.14.0:

"New applets:
...
    * ftpd: by Adam Tkac (vonsch AT gmail.com)
..."

However, I think TODO adds more maintenance work (gets out of date
and requires updating from time to time) than helps to fix things.
People tend to work on problems not because they see them
metioned in the TODO, but because it bites them into their backside.

At least I almost never look in that file...

Maybe it's better to create bug records. I do look on them.

Of course, sending patches with fixes is x10 times better still.
