How to extract the msh from busybox ?

since busybox supports out of tree building, it's trivial to add a dedicated 
dir to the uclinux-dist that only configures/builds msh while using the same 
source tree

at any rate, all of the source is there for you to play with.  you've asked 
the devs their opinion and you now have it.
