Add ethtool to Busybox ?

hi Steven,
1. i am not the maintainer but these are the questions that came
    to mine mind as i read your proposal.

  BB has is target audience in the embedded area.
  Do you think that this is a really useful extension ?
  why not port others like blktool also ?
  are you interested in maintaining a kernel-tools section ?
