How to us make menuconfig environment for other tools

Hi Hendrik!

I think the origin is kconfig (Linux kernel configuration). The package
itself can be found in package/config. The kconfig language is briefly
described in package/config/kconfig-language.txt, but playing around
also helps where the documentation is too terse.

We use kconfig in Freetz (http://freetz.org) the structure of which is
not stricly a Buildroot environment, but somewhat similar. It is tricky
sometimes, but practicing helps.
