mke2fs errir : no such file

I don't know for mke2fs busybox version but the version from e2fsprogs need to
be able to read /etc/mtab to create the journal
Without -j, it work without /etc/mtab.

I fixed that creating a symlink from /proc/mount to /etc/mtab
