While converting udhcpd applet encountered a problem in config_read(). If we order to parse the number of tokens which
exceeds the number of tokens actually present in the line, we can step outside the line.
Fixed in the first chunk of the patch.
The rest contains new tests which use sample config files bundled with BB.
