Cannot test, have no SElinux support.

Please consider applying.

In the remainder there still exist inetd, httpd and udhcpd, major modprobe, devfsd. The two latter is out of my scope.
inetd is way fragile, IMO.
httpd and udhcpd _seem_ to be quite easy to convert.
