hush problem command substitutions/variable assignments when using uclibc and static compiling

If you compile busybox to glibc and static the command substitution does not
work
If you do dynamic linking it does work (but i cant use dynamic linking)
It did work on a older version so i think its a bug
It not related to ARM (i think) because other people also did report this

Would be nice if someone is capable to take a look at this crucial bug
because all my scripts are broken with 1.9.0
