Actually it's a bug in SH, more like a typo actually, instead of using
pgrp it uses pid which is wrong when SH tries to go into foreground in
order to be able to read stdin/stdout.
P.S. Please see the attached patches to sh.c and cmdedit.c in my last
e-mails or look in the mailing list archive for my last post. With the
subject "Updated sh.diff".
