rngd : random number generator daemon

I poorly expressed myself, it adds the support for the HARDWARE
random number generator which we can find them in certain platform like: 
VIA Padlock, AMD Geode LX, Intel i8xx, Intel IXP4xx, P.A. Semi 
(PWRficient) and OMAP16xx (arm)

man rngd:
rngd - Check and feed random data from hardware device to kernel entropy 
pool
