Ash + telnetd: telnet client hangs after exit

I acknowledge that login's PPID is telnetd's PID:

> $ ps -AF | grep 'defun\|telnet' | grep -v grep

./busybox telnetd -F

[login] <defunct>

Actually the "setconsole -r; setconsole; exit" test only fails with BB
telnetd. The regular Linux telnetd does not show this behaviour, the
session is closed as expected.

I cannot comment on Ralf's technical comments, this is beyond my
knowledge. I can only deliver little test results. :-|
