wget downloads file with wrong size

Another bit of information: If I put the very same file onto my own web
server, wget downloads it correctly, so it seems to be a site-dependent
problem. Remains the question why other wget versions download correctly
from both sites.

The problem obviously depends on the combination of (busybox) wget
implementation (maybe also mipsel-specific, I don't know) and this
special download URL (or its server).
