index.html doesn't get parsed by configured interpreter when accessing URL
as http://www.example.com/ <http://domain/>
works fine when accessing the page directly
http://www.example.com/index.html <http://domain/index.html>

My httpd.conf looks like so:

*.html:/usr/bin/php

It only happens with the index.html page since that is the only configured
index page for BB's httpd. Any other file gets parsed as expected since it
has to be accessed directly.

It is my understanding that '/` and '/index.html` should be treated the same
by the httpd.
