[busybox] make -j broken (again)

Hi,

I /thought/ that we had fixed make -j, but somehow it's broken again..

$ make distclean defconfig ; time make -j
  HOSTLINK scripts/usage
  GEN include/bbconfigopts.h
make[1]: *** No rule to make target
`/tmp/busybox/include/usage_compressed.h', needed by
`/tmp/busybox/applets/applets.o'.  Stop.
