NTP support available?

Actually what I'd probably do is mark it deprecated for a release, then yank 
it from the Config files in the following release, and wait one more release 
for somebody to complain before removing the actual code.

I may be too swamped to deal with everything in a timely manner, but 
intentionally leaving possibly dead code in the codebase really isn't my 
style. :)

That said, this isn't a priority for me right now.  I added a link to 
ntpclient from tinyutils.html and I'll look at the code _after_ I get 
terminal control, pipes, and quote parsing for bbsh checked in...
