ntpclient used to be listed somewhere on the busybox site, but
it looks like that got lost in a redesign. Yes, ntpclient and
the openntpd should go on http://www.busybox.net/tinyutils.html.
I haven't heard a good argument why either one should be busybox-ified.
Most of their code is in their special-purpose functionality.
