Ping bug when playing with size parameter

Hi all,

Thanks to an OpenWrt user, we have tracked down a bug which affects any 
busybox version from 1.00 to 1.2.1 and svn, which can be reproducable by 
issuing :

ping -s 1 192.168.0.2
PING 192.168.0.2 (192.168.0.2): 1 data bytes
9 bytes from 192.168.0.2: icmp_seq=0 ttl=64 time=219139246.5 ms
9 bytes from 192.168.0.2: icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=219139238.6 ms
9 bytes from 192.168.0.2: icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=219139238.6 ms

3 packets transmitted, 3 packets received, 0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max = 219139238.6/75973664.7/219139246.5 ms

This problem appears with -s between 1 and 7. I have not yet found a fix for 
this bug, so if anyone has experienced this, we would be glad to provide as 
much as possible informations to fix this.
