Busybox build cross-compiler version

Hey guys,

Generic question, does the version of busybox you are building rely on a
certain version of GCC and GLIBC to be used in the process? I am trying
to build a RFS for an MPC8541ADS system. The kernel locks up right after
it mounts the filesystem when I build it + busybox using GCC 3.3.2 and
GLIBC 2.3.2. I'm using busybox version 1.0. Thanks for the help!
