Invalid Intruction

Hi,
 
I have busybox build for OMAP5912 processor using arm-linux-gcc
commpiler. It works fine with OMAP board, but it doesn't work with Linux
on PXA270, it always throw "invalid instruction" error. Using the same
compiler I can build kernels for both processors and kernels work fine. 
 
Is sth out there can explain why?
