How can i compile busybox, if the uCl ibc didn't support the fork()

I have patched my busybox with the patch provided by  Shaun Jackman.
he just replace the fork with vfork. now i can compile it with init enabled. 
but i don't know if there is some proplem. we just do some simple replacement.
