AFAIU vodz means that:
a) The license in his files applies.
b) He made his own code dual-licensed BSD/GPL (which is ok since it's
   GPL for busybox as a whole if dual licensed and furthermore BSD would
   be GPL compatible according to the FSF..).
c) He asks that changes to his code are discussed, not simply checked in
   "behind his back" (just like mjn3 does, from the looks) unless
   obvious bugs are fixed and he doesn't respond in a reasonable time
   (let's say a week or two).

I think that he has very strong feelings with respect to c).
