I'm a little unclear on the current design of dos2unix: the comment implies
that it reverses whatever the current order is, regardless of what it was
told to do. So that if somebody runs "dos2unix" from a script on every file
checked into a source tree to remove any dos brain damage, it'll actually
screw up files that aren't damaged? Did it always do this, or is that new?
(Or am I mis-reading the comment?)
