[PATCH] unify fdflush and freeramdisk

Hi,
this patch unifies fdflush and freeramdisk as they
are almost identical.
Size reduction is:
   text    data     bss     dec     hex filename
   3353     312      20    3685     e65 busybox.orig
   3302     312      20    3634     e32 busybox.new

   3257     312      20    3589     e05 busybox.orig.freeramdisk.only
   3238     312      20    3570     df2 busybox.new.freeramdisk.only
 
   3238     312      20    3570     df2  busybox.orig.fdflush.only
   3238     312      20    3570     df2 busybox.new.fdflush.only
