whether an entry shows up in the menu is defined by the Config.in file
in the appropriate directory.  take a look at that file in coreutils/
-- there should be an entry for nohup.

as it's defined now, it has a default of "n" and doesn't depend on
anything else, so that's pretty straightforward.
