signal handling in top

Hello,
I found that top doesnt exit with signal SIGINT or SIGTERM. it just refresh
the screen. but I can terminate it, with press 'Ctrl-c'. Well, here is the
problem.

I run 'top'. somebody else send SIGTERM to that top. I try to terminate top
with pressing 'Ctrl-c'. It doesn't exit!
like that, If I connect to the telnetd or sshd, and run top, and lost
connection. top still alive.

so, I think top must be exit when receive signal.
