[PATCH] Add support for mounting by label or UUID

This patch adds support for optionally specifying a mountpoint by
label or UUID, rather than by device name.

It seems to me the uuid and label code could eventually be shared with
e2fsprogs, but I wasn't about to go there right now.

I chose not to implement the -L and -U switches to mount. They just
seem silly and bloated. Instead, just specify LABEL=blah or
UUID=blah, rather than /dev/blah.
