busybox and mkfs.xfs

This obviously does not belong in BB, then. If you want it included,
fix it so it's 50k or so of source. There's no excuse for mkfs.xfs
being so amazingly bloated.

I don't speak for the maintainers but from reading past emails I'm
rather convinced that they'll feel the same.
