His ISP has been spam-blocking my email for years.  (I can email him privately 
from work, but when timesys finally migrates its old exchange server to 
postfix like they've been planning to do forever, I expect port 113 will 
close and it'll start blocking that, too.)

There's nothing to stop a spammer from setting up a port 113 daemon when they 
set up a port 80 daemon on an infected windows box.  They just don't bother 
because nobody cares.

Just copy the list on your emails to vodz.  He seems to have whitelisted email 
from busybox.net's server, so he gets stuff bounced off here.  (This does 
mean English, not Russian...)
